1. Satisfaction and Refund Policy

At BridleBlingz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Blingz. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 10-day policy from the date of purchase. Please contact us within 10 days with any concerns 

2. Handling and Care of Blingz

We understand that horses can be unpredictable, and Blingz are a delicate form of jewelry. Please note that our Blingz are designed to be beautiful and functional, but they may snap if put under excessive stress to avoid injury. We recommend handling them with care to ensure their longevity. In the event that your Blingz are damaged by your horse, we are happy to offer a discount on a replacement.

3. Shipping and Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If your Blingz are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay for re-shipping. Please double-check your address to avoid any inconvenience, as shipping labels do incur costs.
